Tequila Frost

Ingredients:
  • 14 ounces coconut milk
  • 10 ounces silver tequila
  • 8 ounces Grand MarnierĀ® or other orange liqueur
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 1/4 cup sanding or glass rimming sugar
  • About 8 raspberries
  • About 12 mint leaves
Preparation:
Combine coconut milk, tequila, liqueur, lime juice and ice in a blender until smooth. Swirl lime wedges completely around glass rims and dip in sugar. Pour the tequila mixture into 4 glasses and garnish with raspberries and mint. Makes 4 servings.
