Tequila Frost
Ingredients:
- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 10 ounces silver tequila
- 8 ounces Grand MarnierĀ® or other orange liqueur
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 cups ice
- 4 lime wedges
- 1/4 cup sanding or glass rimming sugar
- About 8 raspberries
- About 12 mint leaves
Preparation:
Combine coconut milk, tequila, liqueur, lime juice and ice in a blender until smooth. Swirl lime wedges completely around glass rims and dip in sugar. Pour the tequila mixture into 4 glasses and garnish with raspberries and mint. Makes 4 servings.
